After the installation process we have separate Benchmark Division who will visit the property. This involves a separate team of engineers who visit each property to do a final commission and to check and test all aspects of the installation to ensure there are no leaks or defects. This avoids the initial plumber checking their own work or corners being cut.
We offer a 24-hour call-out service to our existing customers only. We would issue you with a telephone number that would provide a contact number for a plumber on call. This service operates outside business hours 365 days a year
We will always use materials from respected manufacturers and merchants. Please click here for examples of what manufacturers we use. As an example, we will always use the same end-feed and compression fittings so we can identify the manufacturer in the unlikely event that problems arise.
Our intentions are of a constant growth within the company and whereas a number of our competitors have fallen by the wayside, we are still here and continuing to expand. As a larger company we are able to become more competitive with the more work we have ongoing. This allows us to hold our overhead figure down, as we are able to successfully operate more plumbers with our existing office staff.
